Reporting to the Sr. Quality Engineer you as a Quality Engineer, will be responsible to adapt, monitor and maintain all the specifications required by our customers and standards.

About the job:

• Assure all customer complaints are responded on time & properly 8D response is documented.
• Manage quality technicians to make sure process audits are done on time.
• Provide support to NPI team to deliver high quality samples on time.
• Analyze internal PPM levels & solve top contributors using 8D methodologies.
• Keep track & dispose material in MRB to stay within target.
• Keep track & improve cost of poor quality.
• Location: Matamoros, Tamaulipas.

About you:

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related.
• Good statistical skills in tools such as: CPK, SPC.
• Ability to work with a high mix low volume production environment
• Experience managing quality technician to achieve the desired goals
• PPAP elaboration experience
• Negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of MSA (GR&R).
• Excellent written and verbal communication English skills.
