What you will do:

Is responsible for developing and improving the manufacturing process and able to implement safe and capable methods for the operator; must train and certify the process ensuring that produces according to customer demand and meeting the quality requirements.

How you will do it:

• Responsible for providing safe and capable process for the operator.
• Responsible for process optimization analyzing and planning the flow, determining the most effective use of personnel and equipment to increase productivity.
• Experience in Final assembly process Electronic Area
• Responsible to install and debug equipment process and dessig manufacturing tooling
• Responsible for Life Cycle Analysis.
• Knowledge PCBA's process ( Surface mount, Through Hole Technology)
• Cerified in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma
• Establish functional and visual procedures to audit products, both at the process stage and packaged products).
• Design and implement statistical techniques for quality assurance and quality control, including:
  • Statistical Process Control
  • Basic tools of quality
  • Methods of control and prevention of failures.
  • Analysis of yield and scrap
  • DOE
• Responsible for developing the Process Failure Modes and Effect Analysis (PFMEA).
• Participate in the Design for Assembly & Manufacturing (DFAM) of new or re-designed products
• Coordinate activities to implement actions to improve manufacturing processes based on feedback from them (reports of customer complaints / reports of corrective actions).
• Support Cost Saving and Continuous Improvement programs (CI and VA/VE).
• Responsible for the definition / update of labor required for each produc based in Engineering changes or tranfers.
• Responsible for production tooling upgrade, replacement, and repair. And design using solidworks

• Skills/Qualifications:
• Knowledge of statistical control tools and DOE.
• Manufacturing Methods and Procedures (understanding of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma tools).
• TQC (Total Quality Control)
• PFMEA (Process Failure mode & Analysis) Control Plan.
• DFAM, Design for Assembly and Manufacturing
• LEAN Manufacturing
