Summary Possition:

The CNC Engineer will support the CNC machines,products and processes, is also responsible for programming & installing new equipment that has been transferred or brought up to Ametek HT Reynosa.

Job Responsibilities

Ensure good working conditions of CNC machines of all division equipment.
Preparing and operating CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, milling.
Understanding specifications of the task at hand and the desired result by reading blueprints, mechanical drawings
Inspect and measure finished products and compare them with requirements to determine if the process has been completed properly.
Coordinate works and improvements with other members of RHT division
Failure troubleshooting and make decision.
Create procedures and Work instructions.
Spare parts control.
Team-work (Share Knowledge).
Suppliers development.
Audit Support (ISO 9000).

Background & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Electro-mechanical/Industrial Engineering or similar
+ 5 years on machining center or similar
GD&T.
Computer programming and CAD/CAM
Multi axis machines.
Prints interpretation.
MS Office package
