Position: Content Creative – IT Engineer (Adobe Workfront)

Job Description:

We are looking for a talented and innovative Content Creative Engineer to bridge the gap between creative vision and technical execution within the Adobe Workfront environment.

This role focuses on designing and implementing solutions that empower creative teams to efficiently produce high-quality content through optimized workflows and smart automation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creative Workflow Automation: Develop and implement automated workflows in Workfront to streamline content creation, review, approval, and asset management processes.
• Template & Asset Management: Design and manage templates and digital asset libraries within Workfront to ensure brand consistency and accessibility for creative users.
• Integration Development: Create and maintain integrations between Workfront and other creative tools like Adobe Creative Cloud, DAM platforms, and project management software.
• Technical Support: Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting for Workfront users, particularly within creative teams.
• Innovation & Experimentation: Continuously explore new Workfront features and integrations to enhance workflows and content output.
• Creative Tooling: Recommend new tools and technologies that integrate with Workfront to improve creative productivity.
• Training & Enablement: Design and deliver training for users to effectively utilize Workfront and integrated systems.
• Requirements Gathering: Work closely with creative stakeholders to understand their technical needs and translate them into actionable solutions.
• Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation of Workfront configurations, customizations, and creative workflows.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Development, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with Adobe Workfront, particularly in creative workflows and integrations.
• Strong understanding of creative processes and best practices.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is highly preferred.
• Technical proficiency in API integrations, scripting, and workflow automation.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for creativity and continuous innovation.
• Adobe Workfront certifications are a plus.
