Position Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated Customer Quality Engineer (CQE) to join our automotive division in Apodaca, Nuevo León. This role is key in ensuring product quality from production to customer delivery, with direct interaction and support to clients regarding quality issues.
Main Responsibilities
Manage and improve quality assurance systems and processes.
Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Control Plans.
Analyze and interpret GR&R and SPC studies.
Lead resolution of non-conformities and drive root cause analysis.
Administer and utilize customer quality portals (automotive sector).
Support product launches with capacity and quality analysis.
Ensure effective communication with customers on quality concerns.
Guarantee compliance with IATF 16949:2016 and ISO 14001:2015 standards.
Qualifications
At least 6 years of experience in automotive quality engineering.
Strong technical knowledge of quality systems and customer-specific requirements.
Self-starter with a hands-on approach and leadership skills.
Advanced English proficiency, including technical vocabulary.
