Customer Service Representative – U.S. Credit Repair Campaign

Location: Monterrey, Downtown

Full-time | Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with credit repair inquiries and services
• Provide empathetic, clear, and professional communication to resolve customer concerns
• Educate clients about credit repair steps and ensure accurate information is delivered
• Meet and exceed performance KPIs including customer satisfaction and response time
• Maintain high-quality documentation and follow compliance protocols

What We're Looking For:

• Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Strong interpersonal and active listening abilities
• Previous experience in customer service or call center environment (preferred, not required)
• Familiarity with U.S. financial services or credit systems is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills
