What you will enjoy doing
Provide support on internal communication issues to the MXCA and Caribbean operations to strengthen our culture and organizational climate, protect and guide the correct use of our corporate image
Generate commitment with our people through events, initiatives or activities that promote their well-being and that of their families.
Design and implement the communication strategy for the MXCA and Caribbean operations
Provide support and guidance in the execution of activities that allow us to generate engagement with our people and a sense of belonging.
Generate creative concepts for campaigns and initiatives, including innovative ideas for visuals, videos, and interactive content.
Monitor and analyze communication activities, tracking metrics and providing clients with regular reports and recommendations for optimization.
Manage the Recognition and Rewards System
What makes you great
Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, journalism, marketing, or a related field
Proven work experience as a communications specialist, public relations professional or similar
Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and strategies, with experience in managing communication campaigns across multiple channels.
Knowledge in graphic design: preparation of basic digital, printed and video materials
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Advanced skills in image production software, such as Illustrator, Photoshop, Aftereffects, Adobe Premiere
Fluent English
