Salary: $35,000 to $42,000 MXN net (depending on experience)

About the Role

We're looking for a strategic and hands-on Account Manager to lead integrated campaigns for some of the most exciting brands in lifestyle and beverage. You'll work directly with clients, lead internal teams, and handle the day-to-day — from presentations to budgets — with confidence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the main point of contact for your clients.
• Lead 360° campaigns (digital, events, content, PR, etc.).
• Oversee timelines, deliverables, and quality standards.
• Coordinate internal teams: creative, production, media, etc.
• Handle budgets, quotes, purchase orders, and monthly account closures.
• Spot and pitch growth opportunities within accounts.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in a marketing agency.
• Experience with integrated campaigns (beyond just social media).
• Fluent English is a must (client presentations in English).
• Passion for lifestyle, beverage, and culture-driven brands.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and multitasking skills.
