The Consumer Sales Manager provides full leadership and supervisory responsibility. Provides operational/service leadership and direction to team(s). Applies in-depth disciplinary knowledge through provision of value-added perspectives or advisory services. May contribute to the development of new techniques, models and plans within area of expertise. Excellent communication and diplomacy skills are required. Generally has responsibility for volume, quality, timeliness of end results and shared responsibility for planning and budgets. Responsibilities:
- Provide expert business assistance and insight to drive sales, improve processes and production.
- Liaise with lending team and branch product team to increase communication and help support business objectives
- Possess specialized skill set knowledge to anticipate potential issues/areas of concern before rolling out new programs, initiatives and/or promotions
- Key contributor in providing valuable insight and direction for key lending support initiatives based on previous management and selling roles
- Determine product knowledge gaps and best practices to be used in order to provide additional training
- Advise and train new staff on loan scenarios within origination systems
- Work closely with On Boarding and Training teams to enhance curriculum as needed for Sales Staff
- Review new sales/policy/credit changes to provide suggestions on communication verbiage to the field
- Provide expert assistance on pipeline management, origination input, and best practices
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.
Qualifications:
- 5-8 years experience in sales, training or support preferred
- Ability to analyze data and identify trends in order to come up with ideas to help increase specific performance indicators and results.
- Must also be extremely proficient in all Microsoft programs, specifically Word, Powerpoint and Excel.
- A proven success record in selling and/or leading others.
Education:
- Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience

Funciones principales
- Identificar áreas de oportunidad en información para robustecer el DW de Nómina empresarial y contribuir a la mejora continua de procesos y seguimiento de KPIs y métricas operativas de la Dirección.
- Coordinar la generación y análisis con los indicadores que midan el performance de las nóminas empresariales y su impacto en los productos relacionados (créditos de nómina).
- Proveer información oportuna y estratégica para soportar la toma de decisiones de la Dirección y el adecuado monitoreo de los KPIs.
- Tomar decisiones, negociar con las áreas involucradas, liderar para facilitar el desarrollo de las actividades del equipo de trabajo, así como establecer planes y seguimiento que ayuden al cumplimiento de las metas y minimizar riesgos/impactos en procesos de información y reporting de la Dirección.
- Desarrollar al personal a su cargo, en el entendimiento del negocio, la correcta lectura y entendimiento de KPIs y la administración de proyectos asignados así como la comunicación con las áreas con las que nos relacionamos (internas/externas).

Se requiere:
- Licenciatura Ingeniería en Sistemas, Informática, Actuaria o experiencia equivalente
