Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
2+ years of experience in HR with a focus on recruitment or payroll
Familiarity with labor regulations and payroll compliance in Mexico
Strong organizational and communication skills
Bilingual in Spanish and English
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with ClickUp, JIRA, SAP, or similar tools
Certification in payroll administration or talent acquisition
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate full-cycle recruitment: job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
Work closely with department heads to define hiring needs and job requirements
Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment reports
Administer payroll processing in compliance with local labor laws and company policies
Ensure accuracy in timekeeping, bonuses, deductions, and final settlements
Collaborate with Finance and Accounting to reconcile payroll data
Handle employee inquiries related to pay, benefits, and HR policies
Support audits and maintain up-to-date payroll records
Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and documentation.
