Currently, we are looking for an Operations Support Specialist to join us full-time as a Prestador de Servicios (providing tax official invoices).

Hiring: Prestador de Servicios (Tax Official Invoice)

Time Zone: PST

Labor Days: Mon- Fri from 8 AM to 5 PM PST

The ideal candidate provides virtual assistance to the team by managing data entry, preparing payroll documentation, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and generating operational reports. This role supports internal staff through administrative tasks, ensures data accuracy, and contributes to smooth day-to-day business operations.

Requirement:

• Must have 3+ years of experience in Proficiency in data entry and spreadsheet tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets)
• Must have experience in Experience with KPI tracking and reporting
• Must have experience in Document management and digital filing
• Must have experience in Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Must have experience in Excellent time management and ability to prioritize tasks
• Must have experience in Organized and capable of managing multiple responsibilities remotely
• Must have experience in Efficient in handling repetitive tasks while maintaining quality
• Must have experience in Comfortable working independently and as part of a virtual team
• Must have experience in Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems or software
• Nice to have knowledge in Basic knowledge of payroll processes
• Nice to have knowledge in Ordering and inventory management tools (e.g., online supplier portals)
• Nice to have knowledge in Able to troubleshoot basic issues in CRM or reporting tools
