Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Payment to join our dynamic team in Mexico. As a Product Payment, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our payment systems and strategies related to our products and services in Mexico. You will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless and efficient payment processes that enhance customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Payment System Management: Manage and optimize the payment systems used across our products and services, ensuring reliability, security, and scalability.
- Strategy Development: Develop and implement payment strategies that align with business goals, improve conversion rates, and reduce transaction costs.
- Vendor Management: Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with payment service providers and financial institutions to ensure competitive rates and superior service levels.
- Compliance and Security: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to payment processing and data security.
- Analytics and Reporting: Analyze payment data and trends to provide insights and recommendations for optimizing payment processes and improving financial performance.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product management, engineering, finance, and customer support teams to integrate payment solutions seamlessly into our products and services.
- Customer Experience: Continuously monitor and improve the payment experience for customers, identifying pain points and implementing solutions to enhance user satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience (5 years) in payment systems management or related roles within the technology or financial services industry in Mexico.
- Strong understanding of payment processing technologies, including PCI compliance, tokenization, and fraud prevention.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and trends.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute innovative payment strategies.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across different teams and levels of the organization.
- Experience working in agile environments and managing cross-functional projects.
