Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Support:
o Manage and coordinate the Head of Procurement's schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
o Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other documents using advanced tools like Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, and other AI-driven technologies.
o Task Tracking and Follow-Up: Establish and maintain a system for tracking tasks and sending timely reminders.
o Ensure all follow-up actions are completed on time and critical tasks are monitored.

2. Office Coordination:
o Manage general office management tasks, including travel coordination, expense report management of Leadership team and vendor management.
o Implement and manage office systems and procedures to streamline operations.
o Coordinate activities from the leadership team, ensuring alignment and efficiency across the department.
o Drive governance practices that foster accountability and transparency within the team.
o In charge of the purchasing process for the department's needs, including travel, events, trainings, and workshops.
3. Internal Community Management:
o Foster a collaborative environment by acting as a liaison between employees and the leadership team, ensuring open lines of communication.
o Promote a positive and inclusive culture by encouraging team collaboration and engagement.
o Create and manage internal communication plans to keep employees informed and connected through various channels (email, intranet, MS teams, social media platforms, etc.).
o Develop engaging content for internal newsletters, announcements, and updates, and curate relevant content from different departments.
o Plan and organize departmental events, including team-building activities, workshops, and training sessions, and coordinate logistics for these events.
o Design and implement programs to boost employee morale and engagement, conduct surveys, and gather feedback.
