Descripción
REQUIREMENTS:
•Bachelors' degree IT, Business or related field
•2-5 years experience with SAP
•2-3 years of manufacturing plant experience
•Experience in the automotive industry preferred
•Knowledge of systems and business process within SAP supply chain and Logistics execution module(PP, MM, LE & WM)
•Strong SAP training background working with key user and business process owner
•Strong ability to troubleshoot issues sometimes with little information
•Ability to lead groups to developed complex SAP business solution
•Ability to support locations in other global regions as required
RESPONSABILITIES:
•Support ERP production business processes within expert field to meet business process requirements
•Participate in the implementation testing, rollout and training for new and enhanced functionality within SAP
•Gather and understand business support requirements and work with the rest of IT to ensure expectations are met or exceeded
•Develop user acceptance test scenarios, test scrip to validate solution with the business
•Collaborate with IT and other functional area on routine and major systems upgrades
•Train and assist user in the use of SAP business application software. Prepare training material, scheduler and conducts application system training as needed
•Prepare test plans, execute user acceptance testing and regression testing.
•Responsible for the resolutions of complex SAP business problems
