We are currently offering a position within our facilities for a Recruitment Assistant, to support the search for candidates in construction, operational, and administrative areas.
Experience:
- Minimum of six months in a similar position
- Knowledge in recruitment and selection (preferred)
- English fluency is MANDATORY

Main Responsibilities:
- Job postings: Support in drafting and publishing vacancies on various recruitment platforms
- Contacting candidates via phone or email to schedule phone or in-person interviews
- Administer and evaluate technical or psychometric tests for candidates
- Follow-up throughout the recruitment process
- Support in future activities within the HR area
