Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or related field.

We are currently offering a position within our facilities for a Recruitment Assistant, to support the search for candidates in construction, operational, and administrative areas.

Experience:

• Minimum of six months in a similar position
• Knowledge in recruitment and selection (preferred)
• English fluency is MANDATORY

Main Responsibilities:

• Job postings: Support in drafting and publishing vacancies on various recruitment platforms
• Contacting candidates via phone or email to schedule phone or in-person interviews
• Administer and evaluate technical or psychometric tests for candidates
• Follow-up throughout the recruitment process
• Support in future activities within the HR area
