We are looking for a capable IT Support Engineer to join our team!
Responsibilities
Provide on-site support to users (desktop support), perform basic maintenance tasks, collaborate with level 2/3 support or external vendors for more complex network issues, provide timely and effective responses to IT service requests, maintain hardware inventory, and escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support as necessary, among others.
Part-time position, shift goes from 8 am to 1 pm, Monday to Friday.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in computer science/Information Technology or equivalent.
Knowledgeable in MS Windows Environment, MS Office, and Office 365 applications.
Knowledgeable in LAN/WAN, routing with CISCO, etc. a plus.
Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written.
Experience and knowledge in Active Directory and ticketing systems is a plus.
Awareness and implementation of ISO, ISMS, and GRIC policies.
Adherence to the rules and regulations as outlined by the management.
