CATENON is actively recruiting a Permitting & Right-of-Way Coordination Specialist.
This position requires an experienced coordination specialist to perform a variety of tasks in support of permitting and right-of-way acquisition to advance our projects. To be successful in this role, you should be able to work proactively as a problem solver, be well-organized, have great time management skills, have great people skills, and be able to function with minimal guidance.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate government and subcontractor relationships in support of land development, construction permits, environmental permits, public utility connections, and encroachments for multiple large-scale projects and programs.
Facilitate obtaining permits from local municipalities, electrical authorities, and federal authorities, and other third party authorizations.
Conduct compliance inspections during construction and post-construction, including completion of checklists, coordination with subcontractors, and reporting.
Support the development of and accountability for scope, schedule, and budget; understand project deliverables.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in related field.
Minimum 10 years related experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish required.
Ability to travel to, or live in Queretaro required.
Previous experience permitting in the state of Queretaro a plus.
Previous experience working with CFE a plus.
