We have vacancies for both inbound and outbound call center roles. On-site only.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries via phone (inbound/outbound)
• Perform extensive customer verification processes
• Efficiently navigate system tooling

Requirements:

• Advanced English level (verbal and written)
• At least 1 YEAR of call center experience
• COLLECTIONS or customer service previous experience
• Commute time (No more than 1 hour)
• English-only resumes
