As an Appointment Setter, your primary responsibility is to identify the correct decision maker within target companies and secure appointments with our sales executive to close qualified leads. You will be instrumental in initiating the sales process by effectively communicating with potential clients and scheduling appointments to further discuss our products or services.

Responsibilities

• Conduct emails to prospective clients to introduce our products/services and gauge their interest.
• Identify and qualify potential leads by understanding their needs, challenges, and decision-making process.
• Determine the correct decision maker within the organization and establish rapport with them.
• Present compelling reasons for the decision maker to schedule an appointment with our sales executive.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and appointments scheduled using CRM software.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment on target accounts and strategies.
• Continuously follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities to better position our offerings.

Requirements

• Proven experience in appointment setting or sales prospecting roles.

• Excellent email marketing and messaging strategies to capture the interest of potential leads.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities to overcome objections and secure appointments.
• Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools for managing leads and tracking interactions.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Adaptability and resilience to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude in a high-pressure environment.
• Technology Requirements: Own Laptop or Desktop (8GB RAM, Core i5 or above & Microsoft Office) with an internet connection of at least 10 Mbps.
• Time Flexibility: Willing to work on Pacific Standard Time (PST) schedule.
