About the Company

TTI, Inc. is seeking an outstanding Team Lead for our Global Resource Center located in Guadalajara, Mexico. This role supports multiple internal stakeholders based on established activities. Proficiency in both English and Spanish is required. The Customer Service Team Lead is responsible for ensuring that the Global Resource Center's Customer Service Representatives (CSR I and CSR II) perform their duties in a timely, high-quality, efficient, and effective manner to enable the Inside Sales team to meet or exceed budgeted objectives. The goal is to maintain total customer satisfaction through excellent service with input from the Manager.

Location: Guadalajara, Jalisco.

Position Responsibilities

Job Requirements:

  • University degree required.
  • Previous customer service experience.
  • Four or more years of experience in electronic distribution with exposure to operational roles.
  • 3+ years of experience managing direct reports.

  • Effectively supervise and ensure the optimal performance of Customer Service team members.
  • Ability to lead, train, and support CSR Level I and II positions.
  • Monitor the daily performance of the CSR team to ensure that the evolving service expectations of the customer base are exceeded, thereby enhancing the overall TTI customer experience.
  • Participate in the hiring process for new team members. Train, mentor, and onboard new employees.
  • Identify areas of improvement within the team and work with management to implement necessary actions.
  • Ensure the CSR team is aware of all available resources and utilizes them to increase efficiency.
