TTI, Inc. is seeking an outstanding Team Lead for our Global Resource Center located in Guadalajara, Mexico. This role supports multiple internal stakeholders based on established activities. Proficiency in both English and Spanish is required. The Customer Service Team Lead is responsible for ensuring that the Global Resource Center's Customer Service Representatives (CSR I and CSR II) perform their duties in a timely, high-quality, efficient, and effective manner to enable the Inside Sales team to meet or exceed budgeted objectives. The goal is to maintain total customer satisfaction through excellent service with input from the Manager.

Position Responsibilities
Job Requirements:
University degree required.
Previous customer service experience.
Four or more years of experience in electronic distribution with exposure to operational roles.
3+ years of experience managing direct reports.

Ability to lead, train, and support CSR Level I and II positions.

Identify areas of improvement within the team and work with management to implement necessary actions.
