At SVAM, we are currently searching for an IT SAP EWM Analyst to be hired directly by our client.
The IT SAP EWM Analyst
Location: Apodaca, Nuevo Leon
Duration: Permanent position
Note: This is a hybrid position at Apodaca, Nuevo Leon.
Job Description:
In this role you will work as an operation support specialist in new Global S4 HANA team being created in strategic ERP Transformation Organization. You will work in international company with great history having many divisions and subsidiaries all over the world. You can become part of great journey together with us to company optimized and growing with benefits of SAP S/4 HANA application working in private cloud. You will work with colleagues from different regions, lead meetings, and take responsibility for the SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) workstream with focus on NAFTA area.
Requirements:
- 3+ years SAP ECC 6.0 and SAP S/4
- Proficient in Business Analysis, Business Knowledge, Architecture Knowledge, and Technical Solution Design
- Excellent communication and written skills to aid in RICEF creation and design document creation.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP best practices
- EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) - Ability to demonstrate S/4 HANA Processes for Extended Warehouse Management.
- Inbound, Outbound, Internal warehouse processes, put away, picking, receipt
- Inbound Delivery, Outbound delivery processing, Wave and queue processing, Warehouse monitor usage, PPF Action
- SAP EWM Master Data
- Experienced SAP S4 HANA EWM/Extended Warehouse Management Lead Consultant to work on Identify and resolve complex technical issues within our customer service-level agreements
- Advanced English (conversational)
- EWM stream - Ability to demonstrate S/4 HANA processes in Extended Warehouse Management
- Experience in EWM implementation & customizing.
- Experience in dealing with key integration areas of supply chain, procurement, and manufacturing.
- Experience in S4 Conversion, workflow, interfaces, and EDI
- Strong analytical thinking skills
- Able to perform under pressure during times like a system down situation.
- Ability to work across multiple teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Conduct working sessions with business users as required.
- Able to work with Basis team during troubleshooting providing guidance when required.
- The ability to research and apply OSS notes as required to resolve issues.
- Will need to become proficient in working within our ticketing system – ServiceNow.
- Must be a self-starter with ability to manage work with minimal supervision able to work independently following Corning established coding guidelines.
- Will work with operations team in support break/fix activities as well as assignment.
- Will be in an on-call rotation supporting team / organization expected to meet SLA commitments defined by IT and agreed upon by the organization.
- Analyze software requirements to determine design feasibility.
- Develop software systems, including programming, documentation, and testing procedures.
