Person Specification / Key Competencies Service Delivery • Ability to compose clear and concise written and visual content for consumption by native and non-native English language speakers from a variety of cultures and technical disciplines • Capable of working on multiple projects at the same time and prioritising work appropriately • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, including a strong project management discipline to ensure work is completed on time to the required level of quality • Thorough knowledge of learning management systems (preferably Success Factors), and an excellent understanding of processes and best practices for implementing instructional design in a learning management system. • Ability to work in and with cross-functional teams located in both local and remote settings Technology Enablement • Advanced use of MS office including Power BI • Thorough knowledge of learning management systems (preferably Success Factors) Development of self and others • Open to innovative instructional design methods and the use of new technologies Language and communication • High level of English language proficiency as this is Kerry's most widely spoken language. • Able to select the most appropriate method of communication to any given situation and tailor approach accordingly to ensure the most receptive audience and the best likelihood of influence and success. Qualifications/ Experience • Minimum 3 - 5 years' experience • Experience in designing and implementing social media elements into learning programmes • Experience of applying design thinking to the development of learning content • Thorough knowledge of learning management systems (preferably Success Factors), and an excellent understanding of processes and best practices for implementing instructional design in a learning management system.
