Job Description Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Software Engineer to join our development team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in software engineering with a focus on backend development, along with proficiency in Java and micro-services.
JLL Technologies is seeking a skilled Full Stack Engineer with expertise in Java backend and React frontend development. In this role, you will contribute to the design and implementation of innovative full-stack solutions that drive our real estate technology forward.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain scalable backend systems using Java and Spring Boot, while creating responsive frontend applications with React.
- Implement RESTful APIs and contribute to microservices development, ensuring smooth integration between frontend and backend components.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices in both Java and React development.
- Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and other team members to implement technical solutions that meet business requirements.
- Write and maintain unit and integration tests for both frontend and backend code and
- assist in troubleshooting and resolving production issues across the entire stack.
- Optimize application performance on both server-side and client-side.
- Stay current with emerging trends in Java, React, and full-stack development.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in software development, with a focus on both Java backend and React frontend technologies.
- Strong knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, and related frameworks.
- Proficiency in React, including state management libraries (e.g., Redux, MobX) and modern React patterns.
- Understanding RESTful API design principles and experience with microservices architectures.
- Experience with database technologies (both SQL and NoSQL) .
- Experience with cloud platforms (preferably Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker).
- Knowledge of software design patterns and clean code practices.
- Proficiency in version control systems (Git) and CI/CD concepts.
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to debug issues across the full technology stack.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with server-side rendering for React applications.
- Basic understanding of DevOps practices.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
