Requirements:
- 12+ interior design projects
- Knowledge of interior design.
- English Competency: advanced/fluent
- Professional degree in architecture interior design
Skills:
- Excellent oral and writen communication
- Understanding, experience and handling softwares: AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe (Photoshop, InDesign), Sketchup, Rhino.
- Proficiency and experience in handling production
Responsabilites:
- Ensure the firm's quality standards on each interior design Project.
- Establishes and maintains on-going client relationships with the various parties to anticipate and resolve potential problems.
- Design innovative, profitable and aesthetic interior design projects that exceed the expectations of our clients and our firm.
- Responsible for leading all phases of the interior design process with a high level of proficiency and expertise while adhering to firm and project goals and standards of excellence in design, execution, and living design.
- Effectively manage the development of assigned projects and the resources available to ensure timely compliance with the commitments agreed upon with the client and applicable regulations.
- Full responsibility for managing all aspects of projects to ensure efficient execution within scope and budget.
- Accountable for complete and timely communication of project information to and from clients and project team.
- Provides on-going communication through team meetings, minutes, and memos to project team.
- Communicates with clients, consultants, contractors, sub-consultants, and other disciplines to ensure effective communication.
- Monitors and manage the administration of the Project.
- Understands and responds to technical implications and design decisions.
- Participates in marketing opportunities and develops successful client relationships for continuing business.
- Controls risk management by monitoring client issues and technical issues in a timely manner to minimize liability.
- Reviews work for accuracy, omissions, legibility, and for document compliance in accordance with the Project Delivery Manual.
- Coordinates staffing resources with Operations
- Mentors staff.
