Business Systems Analyst located in
Guadalajara, North Campus.
Reporting to the
Sr. Manager Information Technology, the
Business Systems Analyst will provide day to day systems support including system configuration, business process updates, report writing and dashboard building, troubleshooting data and systems issues, recommending solutions, and implementing enhancements and fixes within the context of approved methods among other activities, in HR systems.
What a typical day looks like:- Providing Human Resources with functional and technical support for all countries in the Compensation and Absence areas.
- Systems Analysis and Design for new HR initiatives (partnering with HR SME's to gather requirements, documenting processes/programs, configuring the system, participating in data conversion, building proof of concepts, troubleshooting, testing, resolving system or process issues, implementing, and end user training.
- Providing application configuration for various areas of Human Resources programs and business processes including Compensation, Absence, Payroll, Employee Self Service, Manager Self Service, and vendor interfaces/integrations.
- Participating in data requirements / process design sessions, data conversion, proof-of-concept, data analysis, audit compliance, regression testing, end-user, and training.
- Facilitating team processes; writing and reviewing Unit Testing and UAT test plans and scripts when necessary.
- Assisting and/or managing UAT with end users including coordination and user acceptance signoff.
- Configuring: business processes, security, integration/interfaces, and reports.
- Providing fit gap analysis, business process re-engineering, configuration, data conversion, application integration, testing, rollout, and post-implementation support.
- Providing business analysis and requirements gathering skills.
The experience we're looking to add to our team:- Bachelor's degree. In related field.
- Human Capital management (HCM), Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) HR system configuration, or similar experience.
- Business process knowledge of workflow, workflow configuration and system relationships in Human Resources. (preferably in compensation)
- Experience with creating functional design and integration specifications and working with technical resources (preferably in off-shore capacity).
- Advanced English level.
- Preferably experience working across geographies and different regulatory environments.
- Ability to work in a diverse and extremely fast paced/high pressure environment collaborating and building strong relationships with customers and team members.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Preferably Experience as a Workday HCM System Administrator.
- Could be a hybrid position.
