We are looking for a NPI Leader to join our team!

Where we are located: Our facility is located in Ciénega de Flores, N.L. We also have manufacturing facilities located in Shelbyville, Indiana and Kentucky. Our Corporate Headquarters reside in Adrian, Michigan.

This position will supervise 1 NPI Analyst, and 1 NPI technician He/She will report to Engineering & Maintenance Manager.
His/Her main functions will be:
- Carry out the local APQP activities of each of the new developments.
- Release engineering changes and improvements for new and current products.
- Be a plant resource for technical expertise in engineering, processes, and best practices.
- Lead or work within a cross-functional team to implement new processes.
- Participate in reserch and purchase of new equipment designed to improve plant processes.
- Report problems and solutions to management.

Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience in:
- General knowledge of department related topics such as APQP, PPAP, Core tools.
- Familiarity with software for Engineering functions.
- Lean Manufacturing.
- Plant Lay outs.
- Customer Response System
