DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS, FOOD AND BEVERAGE / CULINARY DIRECTOR

REQUIREMENTS

·        Culinary International Professional

·        Highly oriented to goals achievement, standards of operations finance, cost management, waste control.

·        Concerned with culinary innovation.

·        Directive, management, planning and leadership skills

·        8 years of minimum experience leading executive dining rooms (ideally first-class hotels)

·        English language proficiency

ACTIVITIES:

·        Guarantee the quality of the products offered with all safety and hygiene regulations.

·        Develop strategies to increase profitability and competitiveness.

·        Preparation and management of the budget

·        Planning and supervision of food and beverage service.

·        Inventory and supplier management.

·        Design and execution of marketing and promotion strategies.

·        Build customer relationships.
