Integrated Business Solution Senior Analyst Description - We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Accountant to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, conducting financial analysis, ensuring compliance with accounting principles, participating in different E2E initiatives and special projects related to the Financial Global Operations group, guiding process improvements. The role collaborates with local and remote business leaders to influence strategic decision-making and conducts complex financial analysis to achieve objectives effectively. The role also represents the business unit and the organization as needed, builds productive relationships, and mentors lower-level employees. Responsibilities • Leads and/or provides accounting expertise to functional project teams and participates in cross-functional initiatives. • Acts as an expert providing direction and guidance to process improvements and establishing policies, creating sustainable SOX controls and ensuring operation is aligned to our KPIs. • Collaborates with business leaders to guide and influence strategic decision-making within a broad scope. • Performs complex and occasionally highly complex financial analysis for a financial function or business, utilizing strong business understanding to achieve objectives effectively. • Leads and drives business initiatives, overseeing analysts across multiple sub-functions within finance. • Forecasts financial results within a broad scope and identifies opportunities for process improvement and policy development, actively engaging in their design and implementation. • Analyzes process operational reports and provide possible preventive actions to improve transactional operations. • Represents the AMS region during cross-regional or cross-functional planning processes and operational reviews. • Represents the organization to external customers and clients. • Applies advanced subject matter knowledge, leads, and contributes to complex projects, and exercises independent judgment in resolving business issues and establishing policies. • Develops and builds productive internal/external working relationships and provides mentoring and guidance to lower-level employees. Education & Experience Recommended • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence. • Typically has 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in financial management, internal audit, accounting, or a related field.
