Automation Architect: Spearhead the optimization of thousands of keywords across hundreds of performance marketing campaigns through scalable rule-setting and automation strategies. ?? Insight Investigator: Conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover hidden opportunities for growth and efficiency, influencing strategic decisions across the company. ?? Strategy Sculptor: Enhance our strategic bidding strategies and keyword optimization for maximum ROI in digital marketing campaigns. ?? Tech Trendsetter: Implement and manage cutting-edge tools and technologies for data storage and process automation, ensuring Birdman remains innovative in its approach. ?? Collaboration Catalyst: Work closely with internal teams and external partners, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making aligned with business objectives. Requirements Basic Qualifications: ?? Academic Excellence: Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Intelligence, Computer Science, or a related field from a top-tier university. Your educational journey showcases your ability to tackle complex problems. ?? Tech-Savvy Analyst: Advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with Power BI, SQL and Python, with a strong eagerness to learn and master new technology tools that enhance data analysis and visualization. Data Management: Experience with data storage solutions, including databases and cloud services (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, Big Cloud). ?? Data-Driven Decision Maker: Demonstrated experience in using data to make decisions and drive business strategy. You are skilled in turning complex data sets into actionable insights. ??? Bilingual Communicator: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish, capable of engaging effectively with a global team and diverse stakeholders. ?? Proven Data Proficiency: 2+ years of experience specifically in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field, ideally within the ecommerce or digital marketing industry. ??Advanced Data Handler: Experience with data automation and advanced data analytics and visualizations tools beyond SQL and Excel, such as R, Tableau, etc. You've led projects that implemented these tools to streamline processes and enhance insights. ?? Automation Expert: Hands-on experience in setting up and managing automation for data processes, including performance marketing optimization and keyword bidding strategies. ?? Collaborative Project Leader: Demonstrated ability to lead projects and work collaboratively across teams to integrate data insights into broader business strategies.
