Basic requirements:

Bachelor´s degree finished.

At least 5 years of experience in IT Field.

Intermediate - Advanced English level (B2 - C1).

Job Description & Skills:

At leat 5 years of experience in implementing IT Service Management.

ITIL processes.

Enterprise Service Management.

At least 4 years of experience in development, configuration, solutions evaluation, validation and deployment.

At least 4 years of experience in capturing requirements related on internal / external consulting, documenting and mapping current business process.

Work with multi-vendor development environment.

Interact cross functionally on matters that require coordination across organization and collabortes well with other groups.

Work with ServiceNow platform for global customers.
