• Elicit, analyze, and document stakeholder needs and requirements that include conditions or capabilities that are required to be present in the product, service
• Compose complete user stories and acceptance criteria
• Document As- Is and To-Be Business Process
• Create and maintain traceability matrix to ensure interdependencies are managed
• High level testing of the applications to ensure that features and functionalities are inline with the user story description & acceptance criteria
• Assist users during UAT and help promote user adoption
