Quality Assurance Executive

The Quality Assurance Executive promotes and supports staff awareness to contribute to the monitoring and effectiveness of the quality management system through of continuous improvement, validating the monitoring of processes and compliance with the policies within Racing Cargo.

Follow up and generate sessions on non-conformities generated in the month, KPIS monitoring and reporting, support in generating process documentation, support in internal/external audits, follow-up support for CTPAT maintenance, ISO and future certifications of the organization.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional in Foreign Trade, Industrial Engineering or similar.
• Advanced knowledge of the Google platform.
• Knowledge of Statistical Tools for Quality.
• Ability to multitask and work under constant deadline pressure.
• Personnel management.
• Generation of understandable reports.
• Data analysis.
• Previous experience in ISO quality management.

Key responsibilities

• Follow-up of the Development Development of the Company's Operating Procedures.
• Support for the review of the Implementation of Operating Procedures.
• Support in the control of the Quality Management System and CTPAT documents.
• Commitment to the Improvement of the Quality Management System.
• Timely follow up to the cycle of deviations from procedures.
• Support for internal and external audits.
• Follow up of non-conformities.
• Reporting of the organization's KPIs.
• Administration of the monthly results report.
• Claims resolution and follow-up.
• Control of documented information
• Organization of meetings for the management review of the management system.
