- Knowledge in SAP HCM, Success Factors Employee Central with Time Off hands on & with Employee Central certification.


  

MANDATORY SKILLS / REQUIREMENTS

- Knowledge in Human Capital Management Processes

- Expertise in SAP Success Factors Customizing

- Expertise in SAP implementation and global template roll out projects

- Expertise in AMS project Support

- Expertise in master data: extraction, conversion, data settings, data uploading

- Support in business blue print phase, KT workshops, Deep Dives and localize the presentation materials as appropriate

- SAP System customizing

- SAP customizing (Success Factosr, Employee Central)

- Support KT workshops

- Supports data conversion and cleansing activities

- Drives Local Configuration data gathering and deliver functional designs and requirement documents

- Creates test script, execute testing activities and support defect resolution during testing

- Coordinate activities with people in different locations / time zones



MANDATORY SKILLS / REQUIREMENTS

PROJECT ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- This position is for 1 SAP Success Factor Consultant with Expertise in Employee Central to perform customizing on a SAP implementation / Rollout or AMS Support project at client facilities or remote basis related with: business requirements gathering, conduct business meetings, system customizing, develop functional specifications, interact with business stakeholders, testing, train business users, master data, go live, support post go live.

  • - Master data activities: extract, cleansing, conversion, upload.
