Process Engineer
What you'll do:
Job Summary The manufacturing Process Engineer is responsible to maintain and meet the SQDCM targets thru AS7, AS405, AS104 & AS106 standards. Also, is responsible to ensure his assigned lines are working with efficiency, quality, safety and cost control.
PE is responsible to update and maintain PFMEA thru the planning, follow up and execution on time of the PFMEA go see & fix activity at the same time to ensures actions from this activity are closed on time. Design and proposes manufacturing lay out, ensures MPS compliance, submit lessons learned and best practices to improve/met process requirements. Ensures that APS principles are applied to all the new and retrofitted cells under his responsibilities.
Provide support to new launches team to follow up APDS compliance on time. Strategic Context and Challenges
Conducts and lead PFMEA go see & fix activity
Conducts and coordinates meetings with multifunctional team to analyze downtime and improve equipment availability.
Conducts and coordinates meetings with multifunctional team to implement ECR on time
Document and share LL / best practices in CCB forum Deliverables
1. Equipment availability (to his assigned lines). 2. Sigs closed on time (30 days) 3. ECR implemented on time 4. MPS compliance 5. PFMEA events / actions closed on time 6. Read across implemented on time 7. Zero safety incidents 8. Zero NCEs related to process 9. Best practice (1 per month) 10. Lesson learned (1 per month)
What is required:
Functional Competencies - Lean manufacturing (plus) - Six sigma (plus) - Communication skills (verbal and written) - Change Management (AS7) - Automation knowledge electrical, pneumatics, control (basic).
Problem solving tools.
