?We are looking for a Technical Account Manager (Junior profile) to help executing technical revisions to meet the technical needs of clients, and to ensure optimal utilization and impact of programs.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• Fluent English
• 2.5 to 4 years of experience
• Ability to articulate technical concepts to a non-technical audience
• Detail-oriented with an ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with software and front-end development
• Strong problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:

• Technical Advising and Project Management
• Technology Support and Configurations

Modality:

• Hybrid (3 office days and 2 remote days)

Location:

• Mexico City

This is a Junior position, we are ONLY looking profiles with 2.5 to 4 years of experience. We are not interested in more years of experience.
