Job Title: SAP IAS IPS SailPoint Consultant

Overview: We are seeking a skilled SAP IAS IPS SailPoint Consultant to support our client in ongoing break/fix and enhancement initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in SAP Security and authorizations, with a proven track record in implementing and managing SAP Identity Access Management (IAS), Intrusion Prevention System (IPS), and SailPoint access solutions. This position is crucial in ensuring the security and integrity of our client's SAP systems while providing expertise in SailPoint integration and administration.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with the client's team to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the SAP environment.
2. Provide subject matter expertise in SAP Security and authorizations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
3. Implement, configure, and maintain SAP Identity Access Management (IAS) solutions to manage user identities, access rights, and authentication mechanisms.
4. Design and implement Intrusion Prevention System (IPS) measures to safeguard SAP systems against potential security threats and vulnerabilities.
5. Lead and participate in the full lifecycle of SAP IAS projects, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
6. Integrate SailPoint access management solutions with SAP systems to streamline user provisioning, access certification, and role-based access control (RBAC) processes.
7. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP IAS, IPS, and SailPoint, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
8. Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and provide training to the client's team on SAP security best practices and SailPoint administration.
9. Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and security threats to continually enhance the effectiveness of SAP security measures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in SAP Security and authorizations, including hands-on experience with SAP IAS and IPS.
• Proven track record in implementing at least one full lifecycle project involving SAP Identity Access Management (IAS).
• Strong understanding of SailPoint access management solutions and experience in integration with SAP systems.
• Proficiency in configuring and administering SAP security roles, profiles, and authentication mechanisms.
• Experience in designing and implementing Intrusion Prevention System (IPS) measures for SAP landscapes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Self-motivated and proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment.
• Relevant certifications in SAP Security, Identity and Access Management, or SailPoint are desirable but not mandatory.

Work Environment:

• This position operates during 1st shift hours, aligned with Eastern Standard Time (EST).
• The consultant will work remotely, with occasional meetings or consultations with the client's team.
• Travel to the client's site in LATAM/Mexico may be required occasionally, depending on project needs.

Duration and Compensation:

• The initial contract duration is 8+ months, with the possibility of extension based on project requirements and performance.
• Compensation will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
