Job Title: SAP FICA Coordinator

Job Description:

·       Purpose of Position: The SAP FICA Coordinator is instrumental in utilizing SAP expertise to support departmental service level objectives, particularly focused on the Order-to-Cash process.

·       Responsibilities include gathering requirements, analysis, estimation, prioritization, design, testing, implementation, and maintenance of SAP functionalities supporting business processes.

·       A key focus is developing a thorough understanding of billing processes, especially invoicing, and expertise in navigating the CFDI compliance environment in Mexico.

·       Additionally, the role involves tracing the waybill cycle, particularly its transition from operational to financial documentation at GL/subledger levels.

Essential Functions:

·       Maintaining and Supporting SAP Footprint: Ensure the integrity and efficiency of the organization's SAP (ECC & S/4) footprint in revenue processes, adhering to corporate Service and Change management procedures. Provide timely updates to stakeholders.

·       Daily Monitoring and Operations: Proactively participate in the daily monitoring and operational processes to prevent or promptly detect incidents within the Lead to Cash value chain. Application

·       Support and Issue Resolution: Support the completion of service requests, conduct continual business application support, investigate transactional issues, identify root causes, and assist with upgrades and maintenance of applications.

·       Business Process Analysis and Testing: Analyze and define current and future business processes, conduct gap analysis, develop test scripts, and support testing for projects, upgrades, and incident fixes.

·       Solution Analysis and Improvement: Analyze existing solutions, identify enhancements or improvements, resolve incidents, and enhance documentation.

·       Collaboration and Documentation: Collaborate with Business Analysis and architecture teams, develop diagrams, models, and functional requirements documentation.

·       Training Material Development: Create quick guides and training materials to enhance Business Users' capabilities in utilizing applications effectively.

·       Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, Management, or Accounting preferred. 5+ years of experience in related fields. Work Experience:

·       Ability to work within a team environment. Attention to detail, punctuality, and reliability. 1-3 years of applicable work experience in SAP FICA, SAP FI,
