Workday Finance Functional 

Location- Mexico, 100% Remote for USA

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workday Finance Functional Specialist to join our team in Mexico. This role is crucial for managing our Workday Finance module, ensuring smooth operations, and supporting feature releases. The ideal candidate will be responsible for role assignments, administrative tasks, and supporting new feature deployments within the Workday Finance system.

Responsibilities:

• Manage role assignments within the Workday Finance system to ensure accurate access and security configurations.

• Oversee administrative tasks within the Workday Finance module, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.

• Support the deployment and integration of new features and updates within the Workday Finance system, working closely with the IT and finance teams to ensure seamless implementation.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand functional requirements and configure the Workday Finance system accordingly.

• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the Workday Finance system, resolving issues and making adjustments as necessary.

• Stay updated with new Workday Finance functionalities and ensure the organization leverages new capabilities to enhance financial operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience with Workday Finance, including hands-on role management and feature release support.

• Strong understanding of financial systems and processes, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a Workday environment.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the capacity to work effectively under pressure.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a proven track record of working effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Fluent in Spanish and proficient in English.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Workday Finance certification is highly desirable.

• Experience in multinational corporations or within the finance sector in Mexico.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
