Descripción

Job Purpose:

To provide sales and marketing support in building a pipeline of leads to meet business plans, quotas and company objectives. Responsible for generating leads through phone calls, social media and emails. The individual will be a highly motivated self-starter able to research, contact and connect new sales leads across many different market segments. A dynamic personality with a drive to provide an excellent customer experience and enjoys researching new opportunities.


Qualification & Skills Needed:

  • Excellent English communication (verbal and written)
  • Proven track record of successful lead generation and sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with cold calling
  • Experience with research and maintaining databases
  • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
  • Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Experience in using CRM, preferably MS Dynamics
  • Strong project and time management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration or a related field
  • 3-5-year(s) experience in Lead Generation

Job Duties:

  • Research and identify potential leads for numerus market segments through various channels, including online research, social media, and events
  • Contact and qualify leads through phone calls, emails, presentations, and other communication methods
  • Research, track, maintain and update leads in lead generation database
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective lead generation strategies
  • Collaborate with project engineering and market segment management teams to ensure accurate information and develop campaigns for new lead generation
  • Analyze and report on lead generation metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices for lead generation
  • Provide exceptional customer service to prospects and clients
  • Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects to meet deadlines
  • Participate in the preparation of proposals and / or sales presentations
  • Develop a strong knowledge of the company's products and services in order to facilitate the sales process, including working with Project Engineering staff to ensure information is correct and accurate.
  • Work closely with Sales team members based in Mexico, USA and Canada through various communication methods including phone calls, Teams, email, and other tools
