Education & Certificates

·       Bachelor's Degree

Scrum certifications (e.g. Certified Product Owner) a plus.

Experience using CRM.

Professional Experience

·       5-7 years business analyst experience, preferably in financial services industry.

·      Work with business sponsors and product owners of CRM-related products to prioritize enhancement requests and communicate those priorities to the development teams.

·       Experience working in Agile/Scrum framework preferred.

·       Strong communication skills required.

·       Willingness to take on new responsibilities as the environment evolves and new skills are needed.

·       Self-starter who takes initiative to accomplish tasks independently or with minimal guidance from supervisor.

Flexibility in self-managing across a variety of tasks and adjusting as priorities change.

Competencies & Attributes

·       Experience in writing business requirements or user stories, required.

·       Experience in documenting business processes, required.

·       Experience in software testing, a plus.

·       Experience training users, a plus.

·       Experience providing user support, a plus.

·       Familiarity with writing acceptance criteria/requirements in Gherkin syntax, a plus.

·      Experience in DealCloud, JIRA, Salesforce, ServiceNow, a plus.

•Excellent written and verbal communication English skills

• Working in Saltillo, Monterrey, Guadalajara or CDMX – Hybrid.
