Use your expertise as a Maintenance Engineer to maintain and sustain manufacturing equipment. You will provide support and leadership not only as it relates to understanding of the manufacturing equipment, but also a deeper understanding of operating principles and respective processes. You will provide direction to a group of highly committed professionals who provide expertise and ensure the success of maintenance engineering projects, programs and manufacturing equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• 8-10 years of experience as a supervisor or similar roles.
• Experience in developing procedures, instructions, formats, administrative processes of the maintenance department from scratch until their maturation.
• Experience in managing the assignment of maintenance plans for critical equipment.
• Experience in organizing productive equipment, classifying them, assigning a list of spare parts, quoting, registering in the system, and generating internal processes to maintain them.
• Experience in internal/external maintenance audits.
• Experience in autonomous, preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance strategies.
• Generation of indicators and administration of them: MTBF, MTTR, OEE, UP TIME.
• Shift availability.
• Experience in Root Cause Analysis. ability to analyze failures, data trends, etc.
• Green belt / Black belt
• Experience in generating maintenance instructions, check lists, plans, etc.
• Oversee equipment installation and maintenance.
• Oversee equipment upgrade and modification.
• Increase uptime.
• Lead studies of equipment performance.
• Develop technical solutions.
• Define preventative maintenance schedules.
• Maintain equipment records.
• Mentor maintenance engineering staff.
• intermediate level of English.
• VISA and Valid Passport.
