We're seeking a Technical System Software Engineer for our team at SCIB in Mexico.

WHAT YOU WILL DO IN YOUR ROLE

We need someone like you to assist us in various areas:

- Administration of products under your responsibility.

- Monitoring KPI/KRI indicators and establishing remediation plans for vulnerabilities, obsolescence, software lifecycle managed by the team, bastions, etc.

- Development and execution of plans resulting from audits conducted on infrastructure.

- Migrations/upgrades of products (on-prem to private cloud, private cloud to public cloud).

- Leading transformation projects for on-prem to cloud support teams.

- Liaising with Product Owners to establish scope and priorities within different production towers.

- Acting as a technical reference for products for devops teams.

- Leading projects derived from established plans in SCIB.

EXPERIENCE

- Over 5 years of experience in the aforementioned or similar roles.

EDUCATION

- Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering.

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

- Extensive experience in Linux platform (Redhat).

- Extensive experience in installation, configuration, and administration of the following products: Appian, IBM Sterling B2B Integrator (MFT).

- Experience in installation, configuration, and administration of the following products: Api Connect/APIGee/AWS API gateway/Azure API Management, MQ Series/Azure Service Bus/AWS SQS, kafka (Confluent/Cloudera), AWS MSK, Azure Event Hub.

- Experience in DevOps environments.

- Experience in ansible, Python, terraform, Github, rundeck.

- Experience in public cloud infrastructure and services (AWS, Azure).

- Experience in goal-oriented work.

- Continuous improvement in processes to reduce delivery times.

Proficiency in spoken and written English (B2 level)
