TTI, Inc., is in search of our next Business Operations Specialist for our Mexico branch. The Business Operations Specialist provides support to the branch sales force by assisting the Customer Service Team, the coordination of special customer request, and issue resolution.

The GRC Sales Operations Specialist provides critical support for projects, data/reporting expansion, branch-corporate ambassadorships, and sales development efforts in the Mexico Global Resource Center. This position provides increased support in all areas of Sales Operations by serving as a centralized point of contact for many initiatives that are spread across the Regional Business Operations Management teams and GRC Organization.

 

What our Business Operations Specialist do:

  • Provides ongoing support with assisting in the creation of training content.
  • Assists with managing policy on ISO, JWI, and Selling.
  • Assist with centralizing corporate department ambassadorships within the sales Operations organization for successfully rolling out changes to processes that directly impact the branch environment.
  • Participate onboarding new employees in Express system, TTI business tools, general processes.
  • Work in collaboration with the Lead team in the quality process by following defined policies and procedures to maintain efficient sales cycle.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for improvement, optimizing the processes, shares them with the team and champions their implementation.
  • Supports the Mexico Global Resource Center on various GRC projects and presentation creation.
  • Supports the Mexico Global Resource Center with data collection and analysis of monthly GRC quality metrics utilizing Express and PowerBI
  • Maintain, collaborate, and develop an effective and efficient communication within the team
  • Demonstrates and promotes TTI culture to instill company loyalty and continuity while maintaining a positive attitude dedicated to customer service.

 

What we look for:

  •  Bachelor's Degree from a 4-year College or University (Content Design, Curriculum Development, or related field of study preferred) and 1-3 years' experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Must have some knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to learn company policies and procedures.
  • Possess excellent oral and written communications skills along with ability to present information effectively.
  • Must be able to respond promptly to inquiries and follow up on communications.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for cross-functional and international collaboration.
  • Must be detail oriented and have ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to write reports and business correspondence.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
  • Excellent organizational skills
