The IT Analyst (Yardi & Microsoft 360 Cloud) will be responsible for providing technical support and analysis for the company's Yardi and Microsoft 360 Cloud systems. This includes troubleshooting, data analysis, system monitoring, and providing recommendations for system enhancements and optimizations. The IT Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation and maintenance of these systems, while ensuring data integrity and system security.

Duties:

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Yardi and Microsoft 360 Cloud systems.
• Analyze system data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
• Monitor system performance and make recommendations for enhancements and optimizations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system updates and configurations.
• Ensure data integrity and system security by implementing appropriate measures and protocols.
• Create and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in Yardi and Microsoft 360 Cloud systems.
• Assist in training end users on system functionalities and best practices.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management. 

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience working with Yardi and Microsoft 360 Cloud systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools.
• Experience with system implementation and maintenance.
• Knowledge of system security best practices.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
