Job Description


A career in our Managed Services team will provide you an opportunity to collaborate with a wide array of teams to help our clients implement and operate new capabilities, achieve operational efficiencies, and harness the power of technology.


You will be responsible for identifying and addressing client needs, streamlining policies, practices, and processes to transform the organization for more effective management of financial processes. This includes aligning finance strategy and people strategies with business strategies, supporting the Workday Finance modules functions, and illustrating business processes related to Workday.


Your role will involve configuring the Workday Finance Modules, including associated business processes, employee review templates, custom reporting, and configurable security.

Minimum Years of Experience:

4 years of experience with financial modules with any ERP


Preferred Fields of Study:

Business Administration/Management, Finance, Organizational Management, Computer and Information Science


Preferred Knowledge/Skills:

Demonstrates a thorough level of abilities with, and/or a proven record of success as both an individual contributor and team member, identifying and addressing client needs:


  • 4+ years of experience with Workday Financials or any ERP with financia.
  • Experience with ERP's on any of the following modules: FM (Financial Management), Integrations, GL (General Leger), AR (Accounts Receivable), Accounting Center, etc..
  • Experience in implementation, integration, consulting, and reporting.
  • Troubleshoot, isolate, resolve and report on production issues.
  • Determine the root cause of incidents and make recommendations for prevention in the future.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal direction.
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
  • Good presentation skills to articulate ideas, options & solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in team environment and collaborate with others.
  • Prior experience providing Functional customer support.
