Position: SAP FI CO Consultant

Location: Onsite in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon

We are seeking a skilled SAP FI CO Specialist to join our dynamic team in Nuevo Leon. As a SAP FI CO Specialist at our organization, you will play a pivotal role in configuring changes and enhancing SAP Systems to optimize financial and controlling processes. This is a permanent position with benefits above the law

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate on the roll-out and implementation of new business applications and functionalities within the SAP Finance and Controlling domain.
• Ensure the successful implementation of SAP, offering functional expertise, guidance, presentations, and instructions on SAP products to users.
• Proficient in intercompany processes within SAP.
• Design and implement core functionalities of SAP GL, AA, COPC, COPA, Revenue Recognition, Credit Management, Cost Center Management, Billing, and Material Ledger.
• Facilitate requirements gathering, design, implementation, and support of SAP FICO to enhance business functionality and performance.
• Configure the SAP system in SAP FI CO areas to meet requirements collected during blueprinting sessions.
• Analyze and develop functional specifications, communicating with technical developers to ensure efficient solutions.
• Prepare instruction manuals and training materials for end-user training.
• Experience in preparing data migration templates and managing data extraction, cleansing, and uploading processes.
• Work effectively with global teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and delivery.
• Utilize Project Management tools such as JIRA proficiently.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP Finance and Controlling Module, including experience in at least 2 S/4HANA Implementation projects.
• Strong functional knowledge of SAP GL, AA, COPC, COPA, and overall SAP integration with other modules.
• Experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Financial Accounting, Fixed Asset Accounting, Inter-company Accounting, Project System, and Management Accounting.
• Understanding of integration with various SAP modules such as MM, QM, CO, PP, PM, WM, SD, and FI.
• Proficiency in English (C1/C2 level) with strong communication skills.
• Experience with Project Management tools, especially JIRA, is preferred.
