We are looking for a Supply Chain Manager to guarantee a good interface from supplier to customer, manage the production planning, transportation, warehouse, and correctly run the supply chain department.

The responsibilities for our Supply Chain Manager are:

·      Manage the entire supply chain team.

·      Ensure a good interface between customers and suppliers.

·      Manage all customer orders.

·      Ensure and manage customer satisfaction.

·      Operational purchasing management.

·      Logistics spend control management.

·      Warehouse management and control.

·      Optimize inventory levels and material flow.

·      Lead and ensure the implementation of SCM projects.

·      Plan and manage the department's annual budget.                                                       

Activities to be performed:

·      Order management: operational contact to fulfill customer demands, continuously improve OTD and customer satisfaction.                                                              

·      Supplier order and delivery date management: continuously improve supplier on time delivery rate, strictly control the line stoppage due to material shortage.                               

·      Arrange the production planning based on available resources to run production correctly.

·      Manage on time rate for transportation.                         

·      Optimize the logistic loop and correct control of the logistic cost.                                    

·      Optimize stock level.                                                                                                    

·      Optimize internal management: improve cycle counting accuracy & reduce the inventory loss

·      Coach & train the team members and performance assessment.                                  

·      Implement the procedures & working instructions related to supply chain department.     

·      Implement and improve the SAP system, FIS system & access system.     

Required Competencies (skills, methods, technologies, languages):

·      Excellent SAP skills for modules SD, PP, MM, WM.

·      Logistics: Logistics operations, capacity planning, planning and control methods, shipment processing.

·      Knowledge of methods: Presentation and communication techniques, knowledge of LEAN methods (5S, KANBAN, FIFO, one-piece-flow).

·      Strong new project management skills.

·      Financial knowledge in the field of material and investment management.

·      International standards: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949, AS 9100.

Academic background:

·      Bachelor´s Degree in Engineering, International Business or Logistics.

·      Master degree: preferable.
