Position: MAINTENANCE PROJECT MANAGER
Engineer with at least 3 years of experience in personnel and resource management as well as in the design, development, modification and implementation of rail maintenance plans, Responsible for direct negotiations with clients and administration of the project in charge.
ADVANCED ENGLISH ESSENTIAL
Knowledge:
- Railway maintenance minimum 3 years*.
- Management of maintenance and operations budgets
- Design, control and evaluation of preventive and corrective maintenance processes.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the comprehensive maintenance plan. Includes emergency and preventive maintenance procedures and plans (daily, weekly, monthly and annual).
- Effective communication with client and supervisor for review and confirmation of maintenance plan.
- Negotiate with client and supervisor on maintenance plan changes and assignments.
- Identify, and resolve, data collection, analysis, classification and reporting of faults.
- Control daily emergency maintenance records and track preventive maintenance activities to completion.
- Lead, mentor and manage the maintenance team, fostering a culture of safety, collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate and oversee corrective maintenance to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
- Manage and optimize the maintenance budget, ensuring cost effective solutions and resource allocation (daily, weekly, monthly and yearly).
- Collaborate with external vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance services.
- Perform periodic inspections of equipment and facilities to obtain information on PCC failures and correctly analyze, determine and address them.
