About the Role:

As a Junior Maintenance Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our facilities and equipment. You will closely collaborate with senior technicians to uphold a safe and productive work environment for our employees.

Responsibilities:

• Assist senior technicians in conducting preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on textile machinery and equipment.
• Perform routine inspections to detect potential issues and troubleshoot minor problems.
• Contribute to the repair of various mechanical and electrical equipment under the guidance of senior technicians.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and ensure compliance with established procedures and safety protocols.
• Collaborate effectively with other team members to ensure the efficient functioning of the maintenance department.
• Communicate with manufacturers of machinery from other countries in English to address technical inquiries and procure necessary parts or support.

Qualifications:

• Technical degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field, such as industrial maintenance or Electrical and Electronic Engineering.
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in a maintenance or manufacturing environment (textile industry experience a plus).
• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical principles.
• Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and basic diagnostic equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
